Under certain circumstances, the leave period may be extended up to two years.<br>In recent years, the number of male employees taking childcare leave has been increasing.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div><!-- \/.post-text -->\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Nursing Care Leave\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Employees may take nursing care leave for up to one year.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Shortened Working Hours for Childcare\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Employees may shorten their working hours by up to two hours per day until the beginning of their child\u2019s first year of elementary school (March 31 following their sixth birthday).<br>Up to one hour per day may be shortened until the beginning of their child\u2019s first year of junior high school (March 31 following their twelfth birthday).<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Flexible Working Hours (Flextime System)\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"post-text mt20 sp-mt20\">\r\n                    <p>A flextime system is available for administrative employees.<br>Employees may set their working hours flexibly as long as they work at least one hour during the core time between 8:00 and 17:00.<\/p>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n                <figure class=\"image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imasen.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/4b09d06fa08e132a1025a089888adf97-scaled.png\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Paid Leave\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Paid leave may be taken in half-day units. Employees are encouraged to plan and submit leave requests at the beginning of each fiscal year to promote the systematic use of paid leave.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Accumulated Leave\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Unused annual paid leave that expires after two years may be accumulated up to a maximum of 40 days (up to 5 days per year). Accumulated leave may be used for illness, nursing care, caregiving, or childcare.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Refresh Leave\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Every five years of continuous service, employees are granted special leave and a subsidy. Both the number of leave days and the subsidy amount increase with years of service.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Birthday Leave\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Employees may take a day off on their birthday. If the birthday falls on a holiday or if business circumstances prevent taking leave on that day, another day-off may be taken within the employee\u2019s birthday month.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    No\u2011Overtime Day\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Every Friday is designated as a No\u2011Overtime Day.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Telework (Work from Home)\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>Employees in administrative departments may choose to work from home depending on their personal circumstances.<\/p>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Work Interval System\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>To help maintain employee health and ensure sufficient personal time, employees are required to have at least 10 hours of rest between the end of one workday and the start of the next.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n                <h3 id=\"link02\" class=\"post-headline-line\">\r\n                    Diversity\r\n                <\/h3>\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Creating a Supportive Environment for Women\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"column column-pc image-text mt20 sp-mt20\">\r\n                    <figure class=\"image order2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imasen.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/72b34de7eb66e50647d3fc61b6ebe05e.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\r\n                    <div class=\"text order1\">\r\n                        <p>In addition to offering maternity and childcare leave, we have fostered a workplace culture where employees can take such leave with confidence\u2014reflected in a 100% utilization rate.<br>Many women return to work under flexible arrangements such as shortened working hours, enabling them to balance work and family responsibilities over the long term.<br>Although the overall number remains limited, several women hold managerial positions and play active roles within the company. <br>To further expand opportunities for women, we provide career\u2011design training and other programs to support their professional growth.<\/p>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Embracing Employee Diversity\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                <div class=\"column column-pc image-text mt20 sp-mt20\">\r\n                    <figure class=\"image flex-none order2\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.imasen.co.jp\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/7c3f89395a342d1aab51ce305066aaa6.jpg\" alt=\"\"><\/figure>\r\n                    <div class=\"text order1\">\r\n                        <p>At our Okayama and Hiroshima plants, we welcome technical intern trainees. They are highly motivated, positive, and proactive in communicating with colleagues, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to our workplace. <br>We have established a robust support system to ensure that trainees gain valuable skills and experience during their three\u2011year training period.<br>As of October 31,2024, we also employ 46 foreign nationals.<\/p>\r\n                    <\/div>\r\n                <\/div>\r\n\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border\">\r\n                    Support for Employees with Disabilities\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                    <p>We work closely with families and workplaces to understand each employee\u2019s individual needs and characteristics.
