Since then, in response to the development of motorization in Japan and abroad, we have responded quickly to the needs of the times and have consistently taken on the challenge of \u201cimproving automobile safety and comfort\u201d by providing a wide variety of products such as automobile lamps, relays, window regulators, and seat adjusters.<br>\r\nThis challenge has expanded beyond automobiles, providing \u201csafety and comfort\u201d to many customers in various fields such as aircraft, machine tools, welfare equipment, and industrial cameras.\r\n                <\/p>\r\n            <\/span>\r\n        <\/a>\r\n    <\/p>\r\n    <p><br><\/p>\r\n                <h4 class=\"post-headline-border mt30 sp-mt30\">\r\n                    Emphasis on Offensive and Defense, and Speed\r\n                <\/h4>\r\n                <p class=\"mt20 sp-mt20\">\r\nThe automotive industry is currently undergoing a once-in-a-century transformation, as exemplified by the shift to electrification. In addition, the business environment is changing dramatically due to natural disasters, the Corona disaster, and other factors, and we find ourselves in an unpredictable and uncertain era. In this difficult environment, IMASEN Group will continue to focus on both \u201coffense (business growth)\u201d and \u201cdefense (strengthening of business structure)\u201d with an emphasis on speed in order to transform our business for sustainable growth.<br>\r\nFor future business growth, IMASEN Group will take an \u201coffensive\u201d approach to expand into new customers and new product areas by taking an unprecedented approach, while building on the collective strengths of IMASEN Group cultivated to date, and aim to establish three stable business portfolios, including the mainstay seat and electrical equipments business, electronics business, and new businesses. <br>\r\nAt the same time, the Company will promote the construction of a production system that can flexibly respond to changes at each of its global bases, and strengthen its business structure, which is the source of its competitiveness, through \u201cdefensive\u201d efforts, such as by strengthening its development and quality control systems on a company-wide basis.
