● Implementation of Human Rights Due Diligence
We regard the respect for human rights as one of the highest priorities in our business activities. Based on the Imasen Group Human Rights Policy, we conduct annual human rights risk assessments covering our company, domestic and overseas group companies, and suppliers. These assessments primarily use self-checks, with interviews conducted as needed.
Based on the assessment results, we take necessary corrective actions and follow-ups, continuously working to reduce human rights risks across the entire Group.
● Fostering Human Rights Awareness (Education and Awareness)
We work to ensure that the Imasen Group Human Rights Policy is well understood across the company. In addition, we regularly provide education on respect for human rights and the development of appropriate working environments, aiming to enhance human rights awareness among all employees throughout the Group.
Supplier Sustainability Guidelines

In our procurement activities, we have formulated “Supplier Sustainability Guidelines” to promote understanding of our company’s direction and further advance collaboration and mutual prosperity, and we are disseminating and implementing these guidelines with our business partners.

We enforce strict quality controls across all processes—from design and manufacturing to shipment—ensuring that every step meets rigorous standards.
To continuously enhance quality on a global scale, we have established a Quality Headquarters, dedicated to strengthening and improving our quality management system across all operations.
Quality Awareness Activities
Every November, during Quality Month, the company implements initiatives to enhance quality and strengthen awareness among all employees. Ensuring that each employee fully understands internal rules and follows them purposefully provides the foundation for producing trustworthy, high-quality products.
As part of Quality Month, we engage employees in proactive awareness activities, including quality compliance training, internal rule reviews, and quality poster contests. These initiatives help instill a strong quality culture and promote continuous improvement across the organization.

Creating a Safe Workplace
We consider safety to be the foundation of all corporate activities and are committed to continuously improving workplace safety. The Safety and Health Committee conducts monthly factory inspections to evaluate workplace safety and hygiene, identify hazardous areas, and promote a comfortable working environment. Inspection results are shared within the committee and used to plan improvements and implement corrective measures.
To proactively manage risks inherent in daily operations and prevent accidents or disasters, we conduct regular risk assessments and maintain ongoing KYT (KIKEN YOCHI TRAINING — hazard prediction training) . These initiatives support a proactive approach to workplace safety and reinforce a culture of accident prevention.
Creating a Healthy Workplace
In workplaces handling dust, noise, organic solvents, and designated chemical substances, we conduct regular measurements and analyses in accordance with legal requirements. These activities help maintain workplace safety and prevent health hazards. For operations involving chemical substances, we perform risk assessments to evaluate their hazards and risks and determine appropriate mitigation measures.
We also monitor workplace temperatures and focus on preventing heat-related illnesses in high-temperature environments.
Furthermore, we actively manage employee health through regular medical check-ups and stress assessments, and promote disease prevention by supporting initiatives such as influenza vaccination subsidies.
